Bella Jazmín de la Guía prometió volver a Nueva York

La presencia en Nueva York de la joven cantante lírica Bella Jazmín de la Guía, de Paraguay,  ha causado muy buena impresión en los círculos artísticos de nuestra gran ciudad, y nosotros que en las últimas dos semanas hemos tenido la oportunidad de escucharla en un par de ocasiones le auguramos un futuro brillante dado el hecho de que su talento musical, apto tanto para el bel canto como soprano de coloratura y como para registros dramáticos wagnerianos, viene acompañado de una personalidad carismática y notable belleza.

En charla reciente que tuvimos con Bella poco antes de regresar a su país natal, la talentosa artista nos dijo que se lleva un recuerdo inolvidable de este mes que ha pasado entre nosotros, por lo que promete estar de regreso muy pronto. En Paraguay, Bella formó parte de una agrupación musical llamada ELEY, cuyas integrantes fueron seleccionadas entre 4.000 concursantes por el programa televisivo Enganchados, pero sus aspiraciones apuntan mucho más alto, ya que su registro vocal es ideal para la ópera y el teatro lírico.

Fernando Campos, born in the Dominican Republic, is a film and theater critic and journalist based in New York since 1961, as part of a family very involved in the arts, being his brother the legendary actor Rafael Campos who worked in more than 50 Hollywood films, among others, with Marlon Brando in 'Appaloosa'.
